Your monthly credit is added to your Fitz Fund balance and may be used toward any treatment, product purchase, or service. Use it monthly or bank credits toward larger procedures — the choice is yours.

Membership payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, with a 12-month minimum commitment. Fitz Fund credits do not expire and may be applied toward eligible treatments and services. Membership discounts do not apply to already discounted packages and cannot be combined with other promotions.
A monthly contribution of $97 is credited to your Fitz Fund balance. A $2.42 service fee is applied each month, for a total monthly charge of $99.42.
